Another week to wait for the elusive (to me) "13 something". I have been working all week and ravenous of an evening, so things haven't gone perfectly! On two day, one of the guys brought us in doughnuts, and on both these days I came home to find my wife had bought us a bun for after dinner!! The local bakers must have had special offers on these days.
Ah well, at least it wasn't a gain.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow well done for no gain. I so much as sniff a donut and gain a pound! Sounds like you had a busy week, wondered why i hadn't seen any posts.

Kes is so right Jocko .. no loss is what you want and might have expected. Let's face it you had lovely nice treats and didn't put any weight on. That's a real bonus buddy. You've had a busy week working and deserved it.
