I am very proud of myslef - I got up and went to 6am cycling class. My alarm did not go off so I was about 10 minutes late but I still got in 45 minutes of a good workout! I use to be an early morning person but this past year I've been staying up much later (usually editing photos!) and sleeping in later. I need to get back on schedule and go to be earlier and get up earlier. If I get my exercise in first thing in the morning I am more successful with my healthy eating and it just sets a positive tone for the day!
166.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
