I have been getting dizzy spells. I have added some carbs when they happen and feel better soon afterwards.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

How many carbs are you allowing yourself/ day? BE CAREFUL! Your weight loss history looks good. :)

Are you skipping meals? I have dizzy spells, but it is usually if I dont eat breakfast. If I start having dizzy spells I eat a tablespoon of peanut butter, yummy and good carbs!

The dizzy spells may be your blood sugar level that is dropping, you could also try a slice of cheese to pick you up again. I have also in the past exceeded the recommended allowance of veggies and still lost weight.
