I can't believe it but that's what the scale said. We'll see if it sticks.

I think logging my meals actually makes me more hungry because I'm thinking about food more that I usually would.

The hardest part is knowing how much you actually ate and the calories in home cooked and restaurant meals.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
You may be thinking about more food but it is also making you more aware of what you are eating. It also teaches you calorie counts...it gets easier to estimate! I always overestimate to be safe :-)
