Have been really watching it closely, was static on the scale for several days then this morning a big drop, WHAT?

Oh well take it as it comes, have a great weekend everyone!
214.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
