An awesome drop to bring my weight down from 105.5kg to 104.3kg :D

I am only 1.4kg away from my lowest weight ever recorded. I think my rate of loss will start to slow down a bit so that's ok as long as it's sustainable progress.

Haven't been to the gym in these last 2 weeks and I miss it!

My low carb Tuesday this week went slightly higher in calories than I planned it to be. I was aiming to stay around 1800 calories which is 75% of my RDI but I ended up at 2 221 calories which was 93% of my RDI because the steak I ate was bigger than I expected and planned for but a little extra protein and fat is never a bad thing :D

I will try my best to keep my Thursday reasonable.

A big thank you to all of you on here that I engage with. You guys/girls make this journey fun and interesting :)

229.9 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
