The "HOT" light was on at Krispy Kreme Glazed Doughnuts and that's all I have to say about that...
153.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Working offsite today and a jelly doughnut made it into my belly. I feel your pain. 1/2 hour of heavy weights will take care of it.

I'm so lucky I don't have a problem anymore with doughnuts or sweet pastries - they're why I first gained weight in my 20's!!! One is NEVER enough...

haven't had a donut in years. It's a danger zone, I can't afford to enter. Like an alcoholic in a bar.

There's these things called Baconators...a maple glazed apple fritter, topped with crispy bacon pieces...they are marvelous....only eat them once every other month...and then only HALF,,,kinda worth every bite... I feel your angst!

ROFLOL!!! Once upon a time, I could and would eat a whole dozen box in one sitting. A huge component of my maintenance has been to define what moderation means when applied to my life. As I worked on loosing my last ten pounds, I realized that I was terrified that I would have to eat a restrictive diet for the rest of my life. My current goal is maintenance with moderation. I believe it's possible. I'm going to continue trying...

Krispy Creme, ooo how I used to love to eat the chocolate covered cream filled. Chocolate and sugar. What more could a girl ask for? Lol
