I keep eating halloween candy but I'm not gaining any weight from it. I've started eating sweet potatoes and they seem to be okay too. I'm not going to eat as much candy as I did yesterday again, I hope! I know sugar is horrible for you body! At least I started to take my LLCocktail again and some cran water. I guess I failed to read before what those things did for my system. I felt guilty yesterday so I figured I better start working at my diet more! I can tell a huge difference in my energy levels!!! When I was in phase I, I had a lot of energy, but now that I've been eating all this junk I'm not supposed to be eating, I feel tired bloated. I'm worried that I will start gaining weight as the week goes on because its near that time of the month =[
113.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
