My weight loss has been so slow even though I've been weight lifting and HIIT. So, I changed up a few things added more water and upped my calories and now it's coming off! 😊
219.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
