Had a great day at Wet and Wild. Weight loss going well. My Target is to lose 2.9kg by 23 October. Looking at Aussie El's comment I need to drop some major weight for the sake of my knee. I need to lose about 30kg and I aim to do that in the next 8 months or by 30 June 2017 to be precise. Going back to the planning board.
270.9 lb Lost so far: 68.8 lb.    Still to go: 79.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
