I ate a bunch of rice this weekend. Which may explain the gain. Other than the rice, I'm not doing so terrible with the no junk challenge. Now to scheduling the required exercise into the rest of the week. Oh joy!

Rice isn't completely terrible! It's a much healthier grain. It good once in awhile. Much better than bread!

Yep, not the worse but I had some last week too. I've been on a high carb roll, lately. But no junk food, thanks to the challenge.
