Once again, I want to exercise on a regular basis, and return to a healthy weight. It's not just a matter of the weight on the scale, but the ratio of muscle to fat, and to overall be toned and flexible.
I hate the way my clothes <don't> fit; the shape of my body, especially my midriff. My upper arms are flabby and have the tone of gelatin.
Enough is enough!
