Started fresh this monday... with a stronger attitude... following atkins once again to a T. yesterday was scrambled eggs(2) with shredded cheese and onions.. with 3 pieces of bacon... Lunch was ala carte... 3 pieces of bacon some almonds and string cheese... dinner was a ribeye and cottage cheese later I made the peanut butter cookies. I think I need to adjust the recipe to add more fat they crumble apart to easily. I Love atkins.. I love meat and this diet suits me... Now if my husband would Stay at work I could probably be at my goal weight ;)Have a great and productive day everyone!!!
