Hey Soonsoonsoon, I prefer a little buffer from my goal weight. An adjustment may come down the road when I incorporate exercise and pay closer attention to BF%.

Hey ny_shelly, thank you. No specific change at the moment. I like a little buffer so if I see 124-125lbs on the scale it's time to eat cleaner. Next focus is BF% and exercise. Just working on the motivation and discipline for that stage.
