I feel a bit better today with my stomach but still no ketosis this morning.
I was checking the unsweetened almond milk sodium content and seems very high even though calories are not that much, I should reduce my salt
133.4 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
