A fraction down down....yesterday was harder....I felt hungry in the afternoon after eating a heartier breakfast. I guess I need to include something substantial in my afternoon meal.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
