I was all excited, expecting I would lose at least a lb. after cutting back yesterday 😐 Darn! Is that all there is. Gotta be patient. This may take awhile.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
