even though I had a quick trip to NY to see mom and sister...I still had a good loss. I did very well with excercise last week!
226.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1143 kcal Fat: 22.99g | Prot: 58.77g | Carb: 196.18g.   Breakfast: banana, arnold sandwich thin, Egg (Whole). Lunch: clementin, Select Harvest Light Southwestern Style Vegetable Soup, Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen), instant mashed potato, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Snacks/Other: chewy granola bar. more...
