Today I was able to do 25 consecutive minutes of cardio without taking a break or giving up! First time in a long time I have been able to do that. I know it doesn't seem like that long, but for me this is a milestone! Will weigh in again Thursday!
247.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
