Well ..... All of a sudden the weight is starting to drop again, have made no changes, following the plan that I was successful with before. Go figure, grateful for the loss, staying the course.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
