Hey what's up FatSecreters?

On my side, a lot has happened but the most important is that It's been more than two weeks since my last cigarette!!! But that explains my weight. Let's be honest, quitting makes one feeling miserable enough, I allow myself to indulge way more than I would normally. But now that I'm on the right path, I'm saddling up again, I'll get a hold of what I eat and I will drop a few more pounds before Christmas.

On the other hand, I'm also on the side of the track jogging-wise because I have something wrecked in my right leg. Do not worry, I'm seeing an osteopath to fix that and I should be back at it very soon too (actually, I ran yesterday, but that was a test run and it hurts today, so I have to go have that looked at and fixed!) I miss running a lot and I'm looking forward to go and run 5-6 km just for the fun of it without pain or worries. In fact, I aim to be able to run 10km pretty soon, but as I spent most of the summer being forced to rest, I didn't progress as I should've. But I'll get fixed, the pain will go away and I will run ahead!

Try sunflower seeds, fiber and something to do with hands, they worked for me. No pounds gained. Just what I already had to lose. Keep working it. 3 years quit and loving it.

Thanks for the hint Tanyakathy and congrats on quitting! The thing is just that I gave myself some extra leeway foodwise and allowed myself to indulge in edible comfort and rewards more than I do normally but that was to give myself extra motivation on the quitting. As I said, I'm getting back on track right now (and I've already seen some slight changes). I'd love to get down to 180 by Christmas. Thank you Bill!
