Feeling good. Stricked kato diet on the go. zero to 2 percent carbs - 35 % protein 60 % fat mainly olive oil. NO booze, sugar. I eat meat /chicken and egg whites. Will stay with this idea for 3 to four day then i will slowly introduce my body back to some fruit and veg. I do not excersice. Calorie intake just below 1000.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
