I am very happy with my progress so far and what I have accomplished.

Went to bootcamp this morning. It was very good as per usual. Ran like a fool and now I am paying for it with a strained achilles tendon.

I will leave no stone unturned in my pursuit to reach my goal by Saturday next week.
281.3 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 89.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
