Still been doing IF, but going over my daily kj limit this week and only managed 2 hours of exercise. I'm not too phased as long as I stay under 66kg, but looking forward to some warmer weather again - colder temperatures just get me right back into couch potato mode - not good!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
