R3P2 - VLCD #33
no ketosis this morning, but I'm working with a new HCG solution, I won't take any supplement today, I'm afraid they caused me my recent stomach aches, and tomorrow I'll do an apple day.
Apparently the Apple Day helps with the natural body water retention.
But I could definitely tell yesterday that my body was retaining so much water! I was feeling better with my stomach, I guess the smooth move tea worked well this time around, after that I felt way better drinking water and having regular stops at the washroom!
Some days I guess, regardless the Diet, the body doesn't cooperate and keeps everything it can!
