Executed plan perfectly yesterday. 1.1kg down 2.9kg more to go 8 days to achieve this.

Had a bit of fun during my morning walk yesterday. Was attacked by a bird first time in my life. It came from behind me and seemed intent on frustrating or fighting me. Ran for refuge to nearest home and a lovely lady lent me her umbrella so got home in one piece then returned umbrella by car. Anyway have scratched that route from my walk. Its a shame though.

Yesterday was hard not food wise but exercise wise. I find food/hunger is not a problem for me anymore. Do not eat much carbs so I have low to zero cravings. However exercise is hard, getting to like it though but it is tough for me personally, therefore I will not sabotage my hard work with bad eating choices. That would be like building a beautiful shed and running it down immediately afterwards with your car.

Do not feel like walking today. I mainly walk to get my body burning fat as it is in a zero calorie state. I will take some BCAA's skip breakfast for first time in a long time and hit the Gym at lunch on zero calories so should have same effects as the walk I hope.

280.2 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love walking but the thought of going to the gym fills me with yawns and sweats :-) I've started doing classes. That way I'm committed to an hour, a professional is telling me what to do rather than me just flopping around like a bandy goat and I know there is a definite end time. Depends on your schedule and funds I guess but it's how I've found a way to exercise everyday and enjoy it rather than dread it or put it off completely x

I agree with you. At least in classes you have to finish. I have engaged a PT 5 times a week and it has really made a difference 30% of the time now I only go because PT is there. At the beginning it was a 100%, I only went because I had a PT class
