End of Week #2, another 2.3kg / 5lbs gone, for a total of 6.3kg / 14lbs since I restarted my journey to lose weight, on track to achieve my goal.

Final da Semana #2, outros 2.3kg perdidos, totalizando 6.3kg desde que eu recomecei a minha jornada pra perder peso, a caminho da minha meta.
244.1 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
