What is this, day 11? I'm in the first part of week 2.
I've lost a few pounds and am gaining definition in my chest and torso. My arms and legs are hard again, but I still have a little bit of boobs and belly fat. I still have love handles.
I'll say again, I'm not concerned about my weight, as long as I'm not carrying a lot of fat. In a couple weeks I'll look into getting a skin-fold test so I know what my bodyfat percentage is.
I keep this up until the number goes below 20.
I'll post photos when I can see my abs again. As I'm over 50, I don't know if that will ever happen.
