Just a smidge further down. Why can't I be losing the way I was last week? Boooo.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You have such a small amount to lose, it can be harder to get off. So you are losing fine. Those small loss's mean yo are losing fat, not water and muscle. Just keep doing what you are doing. Exercise can really help too, especially when you don't have a lot to lose.

ditto... see how long it took me :( don't give up tho, w/ the right exercise you will be toning up :)

Thanks! I am getting soo impatient though. And I have been working out like crazy. 30-45 mins of cardio at least 6 nights a week and every other day pushups/situps/squats.
