Okay, so now we're on a low dose of statins to kick-start the cholesterol lowering. Otherwise the doctor was pleased with the other laboratory work. He was concerned about the low platelet count but it wasn't "too low" for his taste. Kinda celebrated by taking a 60-minute easy walk at the mall with the missus, a turkey burger, slaw and a couple of beers for dinner. Tomorrow is (at least) five miles of running, pay some bills and perhaps throw out some junk that has collected in my "man cave."
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
