The scale read 123 lbs this morning but I'm going to record 124 lbs until I see that number consistently. I'm still eating a vegetarian food plan and besides the small amount of pasta one night and bag of chips (with quinoa,flax, chia, and sesame seed added in) I've not eaten processed foods. My sleep is ok and my energy levels are getting better.

This weekend I want to focus on getting back in a routine. The checklist really helped me stay focused. But for now I will just relax and hope for many mini naps.

Lol, Bill. I don't know why I like to see it a few times in a row. But surely if 123 lbs is there my next weigh-in it's getting logged. A little incentive to stay the course. :)

Yep, FTC I can eat those extra green beans and still have a little buffer. :) I plan to up my food intake next week so I'll see if 124 lbs holds after that.
