Hi, All!
Thanks for the challenge - this one fits what I am working on now which is doing what my trainer tells me to do.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1108 kcal Fat: 30.72g | Prot: 69.29g | Carb: 144.56g.   Breakfast: Hood Chocolate Lowfat Milk, Chocolate Covered Almonds, Delizza Belgian Mini Cream Puffs, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: Oranges, Quinoa (Cooked), Trader Joe's Sliced Swiss Cheese, Yellow Summer Squash, Trader Joe's Eggplant Caponata. Dinner: Trader Joe's Sliced Rosemary Ham, Jimmy Dean D-Lights Turkey Sausage, Egg White and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. Snacks/Other: Yellow Cake Mix without Icing (Egg Yellows and Water Added), Great Value White Kidney Beans. more...
