A happy Thursday and 1st of September to our community! I worked out yesterday, and did an 8 minute run at 5.0 speed on the treadmill, but I barely finished, and got the feeling this treadmill was running a bit faster, than others. I did my weight workout, and am pretty tired today. Everyone, have a great day today!
TREADMILL-5 MIN. WALKING at 3.5 speed/ 8 min. RUN at 5.0 speed/ 5 min WALKING at 3.5 WALKING 2.5/ 5 min. WARMDOWN /Maximum Heartrate 175 BPM!
WEIGHTS:LEG PRESS(SEAT MOVE) 210 lbs. 5X10 PRESS(FOOT MOVE)250 lbs. 5X10
ROW PULL-110 lbs.5X10/CHEST FLEX-110 LBS.5x10/OVERHEAD P.70lbs.5X10
4X10/LAT PULLDOWNS-110 lbs.5X10/BENCH PRESS-60 lbs.5X10
SHE WAS ALWAYS THE FAT TWIN, UNTIL SHE LOST 90 POUNDS!





263.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
