I don't have any sign of ketosis this morning and I don't understand why my weight loss is slowing down so much...maybe all the decaf coffee? Calories wise I'm still around 500
138.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you cut your calories / carbs to low for extended periods your body will go into survival mode (it thinks that food is scarce and will start to slow your metabolism by a ton!!!! cut your calories for no more that 4 days in a row and then have a re-feed day, this will let your body know that food is still around and you metabolism will stay up... and weight loss will continue
