Killin it! Got back on track yesterday and really felt good and today it shows. Its been pouring rain the last couple of days and even though it was storming I took the pup for a long walk last night with my biggest loser mix. Soaked, freezing, and tingling I made it home after 3 miles and it was worth it!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks for the encouragement! Its a day at a time and I'm starting to feel the results. Thats better than seeing the numbers go down~
