Between TOM and the holidays I fell off the wagon, though not entirely by accident. Now that its over and I once again have access to my weight loss tools, I'm hoping to re-lose what I gained back, and get back on track ;)
183.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
