I upped my protein and lowered my carb and fat intake. Felt no loss of energy.
Didn't exercise as much as I would have liked because I promised to take my daughter to see a movie after work.

I think the most important thing I did today was I drank over a gallon of water today. I came in just shy of 7 liters. since the work day was slow I managed to eat some cottage cheese and drink a couple protein shakes in the early afternoon near the end of my shift. I drank no alcohol.
