Starting the 3 day fat fast today. Need a reboot.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm starting it also, it was day 1 for me. I just put my food in so I can double check what dinner will be. I'm excited and I feel really good. Good luck to all and it is wonderful to see you all here :-)

I have been doing that in part as I'm a diabetic, I just watch my sugar levels!
