Didn't feel like I overate today but I guess I did. Macaroni and cheese never helps!! But I did go to two different stores today so I did some walking and I made it to the gym. If I could lose calories talking it would be awesome because I spent the first 20 minutes talking:) It was nice though because I got in the pool and a guy actually asked where I had been!! Looking into commiting to some aqua therapy and yoga classes. Finally really had a giod day despite the pain I'm in most of the time.
