Put together my spread sheet of foods yesterday, did not buy wine for the trip. It has been 7 weeks without wine! Have been doing fine without it expect for the pain control aspect, didn't realize what an impact on my arthritis and bad knee it had.

224.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
