Fell off the wagon again over the weekend....went to my hopefully last funeral for awhile this weekend (have gone to 3 in the past month) and I got my house all organized so that I can be organized too and get back on track on every aspect of my life!!! I drank and ate and sat out by the pool though too! But it's Monday and I'm ready!!!

136.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb. Still to go: 11.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 2.0 lb a week

Hello again. Like you I have attended three funerals earlier this year. Two close friends only in their 40s and a somewhat older close working colleague. Glad to hear you are making a new start. My thoughts are with you. Jim

Thanks Jim....one day one of my best male friends died at the age of 48, the next day my uncle died at 75 and then one of my best friends mother in law died at the age of 70 about a week or so later. I've had enough funerals this month to last the rest of the year and then some! Thank you!
