A week of liquid protein WOE in the bag. Total loss of 8.5 lbs! Very little hunger after the first day or so. My stamina has suffered but otherwise I am feeling well. Carbs are usually less than 10 per day. I'm going to try for another week.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
