Got home yesterday, and was up to 151.1 - nearly a three pound gain over 11 days. However I still want to get to my goal weight before Christmas, so I will be trying hard over the next few weeks to get back on track by cutting the intake and increasing the exercise as much as possible.

It's not going to be easy, as I have another 5-day trip coming up next Wednesday to Sunday, but I really want to lose that weight. I will have to learn to say no, won't I?
150.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know it is a gain, but it is only 3lbs. It could have been a lot worse.

I know it is annoying when you gain, and I understand how frustrating it is but it might have done you some good to take a break from this. Did you enjoy yourself?

From my experience Heidi, sometimes it's worth a gain and sometimes it's worth saying "no".You do what's right for you. Welcome home! It's great to be moving but there's nothing like getting back to your base. Enjoy your time at home before the next trip.

FFBB, it was a good trip, and definitely could have been worse. I guess I was a bit dismayed by now easily I gave in to temptation, given that I had stated on here that I wasn't going to! But on the other hand, it appears that even when I am overeating, it's not as bad as it was. In the past, I would have put on double that. And I AM going to make up for it now 😀
