Super glad. The fat definitely doesn't leave easily, it's a full-time job staying disciplined and focused. I'm exhausted but proud at the same time.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
