Ok, so 600 grams lost overnight. Here goes the start of another effort to get to 72 kgs before my cousins wedding next year in May. I have 9 months in which to lose 20 kgs. Lets GO!
201.9 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 August 2016:

Hi there, I have had a shocking start to the week... I'm either pre-menstral or pregnant... not sure which yet, but I am starving! Last week was easy - but at the moment I am trying to keep out of the kitchen where I could eat the wrong food :( Hopefully this will pass and will feel not hungry again. How are you doing?

Did you start exercising more? I find I turn into a crazy feeding monster a couple of days after a workout. I try to increase my protien Or maybe you have a lovely package in the oven 👌😉
