I think I'm finding my balance again with my eating plan. I'm not sure why I have been struggling so much this summer, but somehow I've just been a bit off-track, really going all the way back to my little kidney stone adventure in late May-early June, especially because the kidney stone problem is forcing me to thing differently about my meal plans yet again. This is such a long journey that I guess occasional bumps in the road are to be expected, but still it was getting quite discouraging. Now the past couple days, I definitely feel better about how I'm doing -- at least on the diet front, both eeating and exercising. But when it comes to everything else, well, I'm still way way behind. I have to really work like a dog for the next week to get the house in order and get my client work done. Focus. Focus.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
