Was away this weekend so didn't keep track of what I was eating. I've managed to stay the same but I think that was due to walking for 8 to 10 hours every day.
113.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
