Happy with weight loss. that is how it should be. My problem now is lack of sleep. Sleeping late I feel is costing me major in terms of overall vitality and weight loss. I feel great not as tired during the day however could be better.

I have come up with a killer protein shake 70g protein digested over 0.5-8 hrs that tastes like vanilla ice-cream so quite chuffed. I will look to add some berries for fibre to it and see what happens but the bottom line is it has to taste good otherwise bin. I am trying to build sustainable habits and if anything tastes horrible it will be hard to sustain. On the other hand my smoked salmon, Avocado, Gouda Cheese and lemon is simply sublime. It is so tasty that my body has no choice but to feel satisfied.

Anyway did boot camp yesterday again. As luck would have it picked the group with the fittest people. I worked like I have never worked before to point where it was getting hard to breathe. However I felt like a million bucks afterwards. I have now upped my weight loss target to 2kg per week. there is no reason why I cannot do it. I feel great right now and I am not really trying. I know I have received some good advice on taking it slow but for the next 6 weeks i have 5 days a week of PT and a heck of a lot of support to lose weight so I need to take advantage of this opportunity and positive people in my life hence the reason I wake up for boot camp.

As per usual I will try to record weight and what I eat. My motto now is minimum 150g of protein with as little carbs as possible whilst getting enough fibre. Also I am still in ketosis so I think I am doing well.

Its definitely on.
