Planning to do the gym this weekend, haven't been able to do too much at work this week, too busy (yeah I know me first) still have a boss to account to and the work never ends.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
