Too many meetings yesterday! Couldn't get out and walk, elderly dog doesn't want to walk and more meetings today. Well tomorrow is another day, staying the course!
228.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
